Great cozy cottage with an awesome view of sunsets! We enjoyed our week out on The Cape! Enjoyed discovering the many creatures at low tide! So nice sipping coffee and watching the tide come in during the morning. The area was quiet which was appreciated.

The cottage had wifi which was helpful for my kids, who were working remotely. Bob was very helpful in answering any questions/concerns before and during our stay. Thank you!

This little cottage was just perfect for our family of five. The location is ideal; minutes to stores, restaurants and the Cape Cod National Seashore but tucked away at the end of a dead end so no worries about traffic. The large windows allow for a nice breeze and plenty of sunshine with a fantastic view of the bay and the famous sunsets. It has everything you'll need and is very well kept and clean.

Bob was very friendly, helpful and responded quickly when we had any questions. We had a great week here and can't wait to come back next year! show more show less

The house is small but has everything you need for a fabulous vacation!! Just steps to the beach. Amazing sunsets! Enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning, with the awning drawn... simply heaven. Owners are great to work with, can't wait to go back later this summer.

We love the cottage. This was our fifth year renting and we will definitely be back next year. It's very easy to live in. There's WiFi, and TV for rainy days. It has a wonderful deck with a grill and also an awning for shade. There are beautiful sunset views of Cape Cod Bay from the window. It's very close to water and we enjoyed going down to the beach for evening walks. Eastham is great location for visiting Cape Cod National Seashore and with easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking or walking. show more show less

This was our third time staying in this cottage, and we love it. The location and price really can't be beat (so much so that I'm reluctant to share a good review for fear we won't be able to get a reservation here in the future!) It really is a hidden gem, centrally located close to everything you need and literal steps from the water. Our two kids love going down to the beach and searching for sea creatures (this time around was the year of the horseshoe crab). The sunset views are stunning; each night was better than the last. The bay side is always nice and warm and perfect for lounging in inner tubes, and every year we luck out with one day of choppy water to make it even more fun. Upon arriving, this place looks small. However, it is so much bigger and better. The home is bright and welcoming. The location is key. Morning coffee on the deck looking out on the ocean, playing on the private beach, dinners at sunset, A warm outdoor shower, and a great night's sleep, make this the best of everything.

Cute little cottage right on the Bay! My family loves coming here every year and we have so many good memories. I can't say enough about it. The evening sunsets, the private beach, the short walk to Campground Beach or the neighborhood store, The Landing. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful but you're so close to everything and the view is just fantastic. We love it.

This property is an amazing spot with incredible views of the bayside while enjoying dinner on the deck. Owner has been amazing and has made updates to the property including awning, painting, A/C, outdoor shower. House comfortably sleeps 6 and is well kept.
