We realized our dream and purchased the first of our four Eastham vacation rental properties in 2009. Each property has been extensively renovated and is within walking distance to the beach. Renting our properties to folks who create their own memories and traditions or those who just come to Eastham to relax, has been rewarding beyond our expectations.

What is special about this property?
Our properties are all in close proximity to the beach making it easy to stroll back and forth as needed. Each cottage has heat, AC and private outdoor showers with hot water. Our landscaping creates a private feel to the properties.

What is special about your town?
Eastham is famous for it's bay beaches and low tides that recede almost a half mile, exposing sand bars that allow for long walks on an uncrowded beach. Just three miles across town is the Cape Cod National Seashore. Founded by President John Kennedy in the 1960's, the seashore stretches 45 miles toward Provincetown. It's beaches are often named on the list of Top 10 beaches in the U.S. and are a treasure to spend time at. The Cape Cod National Seashore museum is located in Eastham.

Eastham offers many recreational activities including access to the Rail Trail (a popular bike path highlighting many of the local ponds and estuaries in the area), kayaking, surfing, hiking, canoeing and much more. There are numerous restaurants of all varieties as well as nearby fishing villages of Wellfleet and Provincetown. Eastham also has it's own history of early Pilgrim and Native American settlements.
