This cozy guest suite is ideally located, approximately 1.5 miles from the ocean and bay beaches in Eastham, and just a quarter mile from the bike trail.

It features an outside covered seating area and an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The suite includes a small kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge (no oven or stove). Mini split AC and heat.

Guests also have access to a communal pool and hot tub. Guest suite has a private entrance and owners live in the main home with a friendly lab named ''Rex'' who would love to welcome you. Perfect for one or two people seeking a relaxing affordable getaway!
