Equidistant from the bayside beaches and the National Seashore beaches, our home is ideally located for all the necessities: nestled in the more rustic Eastham yet conveniently close to the town of Orleans and all its amenities.

The house has four bedrooms: one on the first floor that also serves as a home office and three on the second floor. The three bedrooms on the second floor sleep two per room two queen beds in the guest bedrooms and one king bed in the primary bedroom; the first floor bedroom/office has a single sleeper sofa/futon. There are two full baths that use a septic system.

We have a deck and a refreshing outdoor shower that is typical of Cape Cod.

Guests have access to beach supplies and three bikes, with the bike path a short pedal away.
