    We vacationed on Cape our entire life -- two weeks every summer with extended family. Wonderful, intergenerational memories. In 2004, we purchased this house and are starting to rent for the 2025 season. We can't wait for you to have a wonderful vacation here on Cape just like we did! If you're new to the Cape, prepare to return yearly. If you're a lifelong Cape visitor, welcome to your home away from home.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is less than two miles from Orleans rotary but nestled in the tranquility of Eastham -- close to Bayside beaches, Great Pond, and National Seashore. It's a superb home for families featuring multiple entertaining/relaxing sports. The three season room looks onto the deck and outdoor shower with a private backyard. The pictures are exactly as you will find the property -- clean, modern amenities, ranch home.
