Welcome to The Surf Shack! This cozy studio cottage is the perfect Cape Cod retreat, featuring a beach-inspired design and all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The cottage has a spacious outdoor deck with a hammock for afternoon naps, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and a comfortable seating area for sunset cocktails.

Inside, you’ll find a queen-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private bathroom. A newly installed mini-split system provides central air (and heating for cooler days). For entertainment, enjoy the smart TV with cable, and for beach days, we’ve provided beach chairs and an umbrella.

Located within the Cranberry Cottages association, which includes 14 cottages spread over 5+ acres pine, locust, oak, rhododendron and a large variety of flowering plants and shrubs - home to birds, small wildlife, and the occasional deer. The property also has a trail out the back which connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for hiking and biking. It is less than a 10-minute drive to the National Seashore and Rock Harbor Beach in Orleans. Orleans Center, with its delightful shops and restaurants, is just a quick 5-minute drive away.

Linens are provided for a small fee or you can bring your own. I can also provide the name of a local linen rental company.
