This property is dog friendly and has a large private back yard, deck, patio, and outdoor shower. It's less than 3/4 mile to bayside beaches, 3 miles to National Seashore beaches (including Coastguard Beach-- rated one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S.!), and 3 miles to the Cape Code Rail Trail parking area and Nauset Bike Trail parking area.

Enter through the front door side door that will lead you to the open main living space complete with a comfortable couch and seating with a smart TV, games, and books. In the closet are 3 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, an umbrella, a rolling beach cart, and sunscreen for your use.
Off the living space is the first bedroom with 2 twin beds, sitting nook, full closet, full mirror, and adjustable desk. Next, takes you into the dining space with a large oak table and seating for 4, that overlooks the deck and backyard. Perfect to enjoy your meals and for a game-night or two! The newly refurbished kitchen comes fully stocked, complete with all you need to prepare your morning coffee and a delicious meal!
Next, the bathroom is complete with amenities and a full bath. Down the hallway you'll enter the main bedroom complete with a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, 3-drawer dresser, full closet, full length mirror, reading nook, and a master bath. The bathroom is complete with amenities and a stand up shower.
The slider in the dining room leads you out to the deck, outdoor shower, and large private back yard. Enjoy your morning coffee at the shaded picnic bench or relax in the Adirondack chairs near the firepit-- the perfect spot for relaxation and family gatherings after spending your day at the beach. Take advantage of the yard by tossing around a frisbee in the disc golf basket, grilling up some burgers and hotdogs for a cookout, and playing fetch with your dog!
The central AC will keep you cool throughout the entire home. Grab a seat on one of the couches or the comfy chair to enjoy your favorite show on the TV, curl up on the couch to read a beach book or start a family game for all to enjoy.
Spend a day at in the scenic Outer Cape-- whether you want to enjoy the beautiful National Seashore, bike the beautiful trails, hike a thriving conservation area, kayak around the quiet estuaries, check out a local Farmer's Market, or explore the lively and historical Provincetown from the amazing restaurant options to the various shops and art galleries - however you spend your day will be happy to come home to the comfortable, family friendly Eastham

Dog Friendly Homes are for a Dog only. This home allows 1 dog free of charge. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. Please keep your dog off of the furniture. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
*We personally clean the entire home after each stay to make sure the home can accommodate any future guests with pet allergies.
