Cook up a storm with family and friends or find your own quiet corner and indulge in a peaceful cup of coffee or tea. The screened porch overlooks a fully fenced-in back yard and conservation land – a true nature-lover’s retreat in the heart of Eastham. You’ll sleep like a baby in new, comfortable beds (including a first-floor queen and second-floor king) and central AC. Two full baths are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as the heated outdoor shower for renewing after a day of sun and fun.

Furniture is brand new, including couches, mattresses, outdoor cushions, quilts, rugs etc. Dogs are welcome upon owner’s approval in advance. We have an *exceptional* cleaning team and purchased a high-end Miele vacuum for this property use only. (Please note there is a $150 pet fee for our doggie guests to cover the extra time for our cleaners to ensure the house is 100% spotless for the next guest). Should you choose to bring your dog, the backyard is fully enclosed with a high fence and plenty of room to run and fetch!

An oversized two car garage houses bikes, helmets, beach chairs, and toys for your use. Plenty of board games, cards, puzzles, and of course, pickleball! Customize the large Smart TV to your liking. And no worries, the WI-FI is blazing fast. There is a desk, HD monitor, and printer/scanner should you need to check in with work during your stay.

Our quiet, central location is adjacent to the Cape Cod Bike Trail and Fort Hill with great scenic paths. Grab your beverage of choice at sunset and bike or walk to Herring Pond, Great Pond, First Encounter Beach or the iconic Eastham Windmill. Short drive to Nauset Light and Coast Guard beaches.

Basic kitchen, hand towels and bath mats are included. Linen service is not included. Bedding includes mattress covers, pillows, pillow protectors, quilts, and blankets.

    Fantastic Place

    We enjoyed a beautiful end-of-the-summer week on the Cape and a wonderful stay at Melissa's place! Melissa is very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic -- right near the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Route 6, but on a very quiet road. The house has a large, private, fenced-in backyard (cleared and with no poison ivy!) and a lovely screened-in porch with ceiling fan (no mosquitoes!) -- great features in any summer rental! The house is spacious, airy, and beautifully furnished, with everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, bikes to enjoy the rail trail, beach chairs, etc. Melissa even provides kitchen amenities like Keurig pods and basic oil/vinegar/spices so you don't have to buy those. The beds were all super comfortable (another must for us!) We also need to give a shout out to Melissa's husband-and-wife cleaning crew, who we met as we were arriving. They left the home spotless for us. We've been coming to the Cape for 35 years, and I'd say this home is one of the best we've ever stayed in. Thank you, Melissa! show more show less

    Incredible Stay

    This is a wonderful home away from home and the property owner is very personable, quick to respond and goes out of her way to be helpful! I would recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys spending time on the beach, using the bike trail or just relaxing with family at home. This home was extremely clean and well stocked with anything we needed, the screened in porch was a perfect getaway from the mosquitos too!! We can't wait for next year!

    Beautiful House, Fully Stocked, Private and Serene while minutes from all the local amenities

    Cannot say enough about this wonderful house that my family and I had the pleasure of being the first to rent, where most if not all things are brand new! The house is fully stocked with everything one could need/want - towels, dishes, spices, games, blow dryer, curling iron, band aids, Q-tips and cotton balls, etc.. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has good water pressure and gets nice and hot. Our stay was not long enough to enjoy all this this place has to offer. We hope to come back again.
