I have been renting from Connie for several years. She is a joy, and prompt in getting back to me.The home is lovely, well appointed, with plenty of space. If you are a party of six there is lots of privacy.. places you can go off to and be by yourself. A wonderful space greets you when you walk in with high ceiling and beautiful light.
In the evening our family retires here to watch TV. The sofa is so comfortable and the room is a good size.
The laundry room is on the 1st floor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There are plenty of pots and pans, beautiful dishwear, lots of lovely platters and bowls, a large refrigerator and a gas stove. Right off the kitchen is place to eat with a nice dining table and chairs that opens into the living room that has another TV and 2 comfy sofas.I love this room because it has two sliding glass doors that lead out to a very large, private deck, and back yard. There is a gliding bench w/ cushions and pillows to enjoy an afternoon nap, a large table w/ plenty of chairs and an umbrella. Nice flowering plants in pots. We spend most of our time out here enjoying the nice mix of shade and sun. There is a pine tree that comes right up through the back deck! There is a clothes line in the backyard for hanging wet bathsuits and towels. A hose to rinse your feet and dogs feet off when you come back from the beach.The outdoor shower has terrific water pressure and is a joy to shower in looking up at the sky and pines.The entrance to the bike path is to the left of the house if you are facing the house!
The ac units are new last year and work great. Plenty of them. Never hot. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, ac, and very comfortable beds. Beautiful art work.nice furnishings, and table lamps throughout the house. Happy Trails is not a generic cape rental, It's location is one of the reasons I keep returning.
I don't want to be stuck in traffic when i am on vacation. The beautiful bay beach is 5 minutes from the house!
So is Wiley Park. A fresh water big pond for swimming w/nice trails to hike. We watch the sunset at First Encounter beach. We photograph and hike at low tide at Boat Meadow. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.Very peaceful.
And the very best part of all for me….our two dogs Lucky ( a golden retriever) and little Barney( a beagle ) are able to be w/ us!!
