Enjoy every moment of your time on Cape Cod. And when you are not at the beach, on the golf course or on the bike trail…you will be able to relax and enjoy your stay in comfort. This house is meticulous, well appointed, freshly painted and beautifully decorated. Great for 2 families, extended families or a gathering of friends. There is space for one and all.

The living room and family room are sunny and cheerful offering plenty of seating and TVs in both spaces. The big sun room overlooks a picturesque back yard with great access to the deck. There are 2 wonderful farm tables for informal dining, jigsaw puzzles or ''work at home space'' if needed. The kitchen is bright and sunny and fully equipped with everything you will need to cook the perfect meal. There is a generous amount of counter space for the family chef and plenty of room for those helping with the cause! There is also a formal dining room for family meals and a den with a fold out sofa.

Upstairs you will find 3 lovely bedrooms. 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a shared full bath on the hall. There is a very large and wonderful ''bunk room'' with 2 queens, and a trundle bed offering 1 or 2 twins. It also features a full bath with a shower. A lovely new 4th bedroom has been created and is privately situated and accessed from a new stairway and offers a queen bed and a futon.There is bath access to the first floor 1/2 bath and the outdoor shower.

The yard is beautiful and the back yard and pool...an oasis! A deck, outside dining, gas grill and outdoor shower!
Minutes to bike trail from a neighborhood path, close to all bay beaches, and back road access to the center of Orleans.
