    A Wonderful Cape Cod Vacation Spot

    Our family of 6 adults and two children had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home. There was enough room for all of us to be together and have privacy. We prefer doing much of our eating at home and the kitchen had all we needed to make our meals...and store our groceries...and keep everything in order. Too hot to BBQ so the kitchen was truly appreciated. We had unusually hot weather and so appreciated the A/C. The owners are exceptionally kind and easy to reach. Since this was our first time at this location, we had a bunch of questions that were answered with speed and consideration. The location of this home was perfect for us. The cul-de-sac for safety for the kiddos to play and ride their scooter and walk. The ponds, First Encounter Beach, Mini Golf, and great restaurants (yes we did eat out at our favorites...The Bookstore, The Beachcomber, Winslows and Carolines...) Close to Wellfleet and then a stone's throw to Provincetown...And then to the welcomed comfort of a literally brand new home. show more show less

    Spectacular Cape Retreat

    My family and I had the most glorious stay last August. The house is BRAND NEW construction with gorgeous architectural details. The furnishings were thoughtfully selected and immaculate. Our daughters loved the bunk bedroom. We also appreciated that the house had a large dining room when we wanted to eat inside as well as a large table in the screened in porch! We had wonderful afternoons on the very large sofa sectional in the screened in porch and appreciated the 1st floor office during the times I had to take work calls. In terms of location in the Cape, in addition to having access to a private beach and cove, the house is conveniently located near First Encounter which is the most family friendly beach on the cape. We also loved the proximity to Wellfleet (drive in and great beaches) and Coast Guard beach. I would rent this house again in a minute! It's so wonderful and we are so grateful to the owners for being so helpful with their advice on things to do. This is a great place to make wonderful life long family memories! show more show less
