The librarian style ladder accesses the loft with a queen mattress for added sleeping accommodations.

This home is only a few minutes from the Cape Cod National Seashore, Nauset Light Beach, and Coastguard Beach. Utilize the playground, basketball courts, and fields of the Eastham Elementary School just up the street.
