We had a great week in Eastham at this rental property! The pool made the experience VERY enjoyable. There are 2 outdoor showers and a foot wash station by the pool so that you can rinse off after a day at the beach and take a dip in the pool which seemed to be heated! It's 2 houses connected by a door in one of the bedrooms so it's great for 2 families. It was a 10 minute walk to Cook's Beach and only a 15 minute drive to the National Seashore so we did both. On the overcast days, we went to Provincetown for a whale watch and did some shopping (not even a 30 minute drive.) Some of our group went to the movies and did some golfing! This was a lovely location, close to SO MANY things!!! The owner Grace was attentive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this rental property. show more show less

When looking into a house to rent, Grace was wonderful to deal with, prompt in her responses and lovely in her communication. The house itself did not disappoint! It was like staying at your own private resort, with areas like the fire pits, pool and dining area to come together, but also plenty of space to spread out and have some privacy. The 2 outdoor showers were a plus! The house was the best stocked we have ever seen, including those we rent, and offered everything you would need to enjoy your home away from home. My daughter ended up sick for a few days but we still felt we were on vacation with the gorgeous pool, lounge areas and various places to sit throughout the property. When she was better we were excited to go out and explore as there was so much to see in a close radius to the house, but we also couldn't wait to get back to enjoy our own private oasis! We had one bad storm and Grace sent someone immediately without our prompting to check on the pool and followed up to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and we were all so sad when our week had ended. show more show less

Wonderful get away!!!
Hidden Gem in Eastham!, We stayed at this property for one week, family of six with 2 teenagers and 2 young adult kids. The property is spotless and accommodated our family well. One king, 2 Queens, 2 sets of bunk beds ( one with a trundle!) and a single bed. 2 pullout couches as well. Two full kitchens and a fantastic outdoor kitchen/ dining area provided plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 2 kitchens provided space for the kiddos to play cards late at night while we enjoyed the quiet on the other side of the home. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit after a day at the beach . Cooks Brook Beach is a short 10 minute walk from the house. Great place to watch the sunset. There is a beach caddy in the shed and toys if you have little kiddos. The ocean side beaches are a short ride from the house Plenty of local restaurants too. ( Caroline's has " buck a shuck" with $1 oysters and 75 cent jumbo shrimp daily 3:30 to 5 which my kids enjoyed..). Plenty of pool floats and noodles as well as corn hole. Overall a fantastic stay. We will definitely return next year! Grace is a wonderful host, excellent communication Recommend 100%!!
