The main floor offers a lovely open area floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and family room with 42'' TV. There is a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen bed on this floor. Access to the basement where the washer and dryer are located is via this floor.

The second floor holds two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen and a twin), a full bathroom with a tub, and a loft space with TV and a twin trundle bed.

This rental is located near the bay beaches offering world class sunsets and the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail. Find peace during a short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and convenience stores or take a quick drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore encompassing the ocean beaches!
