Step into your quintessential Cape Cod Cottage located on Minister's Pond.

Your paradise is just steps from the water. Spend time lounging on the dock, taking out the boats or relaxing on the Adirondack chairs!

This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. It offers an eat-in kitchen as well as a water view living room with gas fireplace. Outside you can spend time on the deck, on the sand or in our very inviting side yard which includes a picnic table, Adirondack chairs and charcoal grill. There is one parking spot located 25 feet from the cottage with additional parking located in the upper parking lot available on a first come basis. Kids can enjoy the game room and play area. For older children, there is a basketball hoop. We are 2 miles to Coast Guard Beach and 0.3 miles to the bike trail and Arnold's Clam Bar! There are 10 cottages that make up Nauset Haven and we are a pet-free community.

    Our home away from home

    Our family has been renting this amazing cottage #5 at Nauset Haven every summer since our daughter was 10 months old. Our daughter is now 5 and her favorite summer memories are made right here, every summer with friends and family. This clean and beautifully detailed decor cottage has everything you need for your perfect Cape Cod vacation. We look forward to our summers here and have already booked for next year!

    Megan and Vinnie have been vacationing on The Cape for 30+ years. After being a renter for all those years, they fulfilled their lifetime dream of owning their own property on The Cape. They became owners in 2022.

    What is special about this property?
    Our property is a quaint cottage that is one with nature, picturesquely located on Minister's Pond, centrally located to all. Enjoy updated decor and outdoor areas to escape the everyday bustle and be one with nature. Wake up to the water outside your bedroom windows or enjoy coffee on the dock. Fishing is allowed and encouraged for those enthusiasts. Boats are conveniently located at the water's edge.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham is part of the National Seashore and has a rustic feel to it. There are many beaches, bike trails and restaurants for all to enjoy.
