My family of five had a fantastic weekend stay! We had a peaceful weekend, sleeping in, then walking to the beach for a hour long walk! The house was clean and comfy! With multiple areas to "just relax". The house is perfect for dining in, or take out! We will definitely be going back for the sunsets and more!

My multigenerational.family of 7 enjoyed a fabulous week at La Bella Vita thanks to all.the house had to offer- large screened front porch, expansive back deck with fire pit, and outside shower, plenty of inside spaces. Owner provided sheets, bath towels, beach towels as well.as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were also beach chairs, beach toys and a beach buggy. Easy walk to Campground Beach. Landing (small grocery store with ice cream, beer and wine) right next store. Beds comfortable, well stocked kitchen house had everything needed and more! Thank you for a wonderful stay! There were so many extras that we didn't expect - sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper to name a few.

The walk to the beach was easy and our little grandson loved exploring at low tide and splashing around at high tide. We built many sandcastles!

The Landing next store was great for ice cream or quick drinks. We found Shaw's supermarket to be the most reasonable for groceries.

There are lots of restaurants a short drive away. We ordered takeout from the Fairway twice and the food was delicious, especially the pizza.

The cottage was very clean and had nice separate spaces. We appreciated having two bedrooms on one side of the cottage and two on the other. Two full bathrooms were great and having a washer and dryer really came in handy.

The outside space was very private in the back. There were lots of beach items, chairs and sand toys, and a beach cart to haul them. The family liked playing corn hole and sitting by the fire on the deck at night.

There are great things to do close by. We enjoyed the Heritage Museum and Gardens and the Museum of Natural History, which surprisingly had many things to do for littles including a butterfly house, a little aquarium, lots of hands on activities, trails, and an outside mud kitchen.

This home is the perfect vacation spot for any family. Not only is the location central to all things Cape Cod, but the features in the home provide everything needed for an stress-free vacation! We strolled to the bay, had a lobster bake on the back deck, road bikes to the ocean, and were incredibly comfortable in this four bedroom home. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!

We loved our weekend getaway at La Bella Vita! Every bedroom was clean and comfy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It is clear the owners love this home by the attention to detail. Close to so many sweet spots and a great place to make memories!

We've been coming to Eastham for years and this is by far our favorite rental! The house is spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed from beach toys & floats for the kids to air fryers, rice cookers and lobster pots! I love the @take something/leave something" communal approach so there was already seasonings, ziplock bags and laundry detergent to share. Lorraine thoughtfully has coffee and tea in stock. Beds were super comfortable, house was incredibly clean (I didn't need to do my usual extra layer of cleaning), the water pressure was perfect and that outdoor shower was a slice of Heaven. Our favorite moments were morning coffee on the enclosed porch and roasting s'mores at the fire pit on the deck. Seriously, this house has everything.
The location is perfect - the landing next door was so nice to grab a quick snack/wine or milk when it ran out. The kids loved ice cream as we walked back from the beach. Being so close to the beach - it's easy to go back and forth for lunch and bathroom breaks. We also didn't need to buy parking passes since we could just walk to Campground or bike ride to the Nausett - so that's money saved.
We can't say enough about how easy it was to interact with the host. She even sent info on events in the area that would be happening during our stay and checked in via text to make sure we were doing ok. The yard space, the privacy, the location and amenities - I'd give this place 10 stars if I could, the pics don't do it justice. If I could combine my favorite things from all our last rentals and put them in one place - this is that place, it has it all!

We'll be back every year, if you're considering this place, don't hesitate - book it!

My family has been coming to the cape for over 50 years. The La Bella Vita is perfect for young children. My grandchildren enjoyed the backyard hammock and toys. The 11 month old was able to explore the house without us being too worried she would get hurt or break something. THe house is clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone . We had a great week.

Lorraine has done an amazing job updating this incredible cottage. My family has spent 2 summers at this cottage and are looking forward to staying again this summer and enjoying all of the updates! This cottage is absolutely perfect for a family. The outdoor shower on the deck is an awesome after a day at the beach. We enjoy the ability to have a full kitchen and love grilling fresh local fish and eating out on the spacious deck. Forgot the wine or need milk or just looking for homemade ice cream or delicious crepes- no problem! Stop next door at the Landing! The owners are SO friendly and welcoming! The cottage is perfectly located for walking down to the Campground beach at sunset to enjoy the most incredible sunsets! The bayside is perfect with kids as you can bring a book and the kids can enjoy digging for crabs and other sea creatures at low tide. We bring our bikes and often bike over to Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beach. Grab delicious sandwiches at the Eastham Superette and head to any of the National Seashore beaches for the day. This cottage is truly magical and our happy place. We cannot wait for another summer here!! show more show less
