My family stayed in this home for two weeks. The host is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We were provided with detailed instructions and a helpful starter pack with necessities for our stay.

The house has a perfect layout for a family, it was clean and well organized. There are a number of beaches and ponds a short drive away, as well as many restaurants and entertainment for the kids. We will definitely book this house again, if available.

The weather on the week we were here was spectacular, so most of our time was spent outside of the home, enjoying the sun & beaches! The house was very welcoming, clean, & spacious . We were happy with the comfort of the mattresses ( which is not often the case in rentals we've stayed at) & layout of the house. We enjoyed the deck, outdoor shower, & ping pong table & the use of the wonderful beach supplies. Happy to have shoe trays to use, as I normally end up laying down a towel to put them on! Great location as well, would definitely recommend to others!

The cottage was just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the bedrooms were comfortable. We had a great time playing cornhole after a day at the beach. The welcome package was great.

We are repeat renters at this delightful home. The home is well stocked with kitchenware as well all beach-going needs: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler, beach trolley, and sand toys. Lisa and Zaf provided a welcoming "starter kit"of basic household supplies so you don't have to rush to the food store on your first day. Bay beaches, Great Pond, the National Seashore, and great restaurants are all a short drive away. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your next Cape Cod stay!

Great place close to beach and town. Fully+ furnished with everything you could need to have a good time. Beautiful porch and yard in the back.

We enjoyed our week at Lisa's house. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for the stay. We enjoyed the quiet location and breakfasts on the deck. We checked out a few enjoyable walks/hikes around Eastham as outlined in the welcome packet. Although we didn't walk to the beach, the drive was only 3 minutes. Highly recommend!

Favorite Memories:

For our grandkids - the waves at the ocean beaches, and watching the seals swimming.
For us, biking to Coast Guard Beach, hiking in the nature preserve and conservation areas, the beach at late afternoon/early evening.

What did you like the best about the rental:
The upstairs primary suite and sitting room. The location was great. Enjoyed the ping pong table.

We have vacationed on the Cape for many years - and this home was just fantastic!
We loved the tastefully decorated interior with the many places where everybody could find a spot to withdraw, we loved to gather on the sofas in the loft, and we loved the backyard with the spacious deck and outdoor shower! Such a quiet and peaceful spot with so many birds flying around!
It is a nice walk to Campground Beach, the National Seashore is within easy reach, too.
The modern and extremely well equipped kitchen and the brand-new washing machine and dryer made housekeeping so easy.

We've been coming to Eastham for years and have made the best memories here. From the family friendly beaches, the fresh seafood and gorgeous sunsets, it's the perfect vacation.

Your home has been a serene and relaxing space to stay in. We looked forward to coming home from the beach (First Encounter our favorite) each day to an outdoor shower and dinner on the deck. You have such a peaceful backyard.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach house rental. The interior of the beach house is well-maintained in addition to being beautifully designed with a cozy beach-theme charm. It was well furnished with paper and cleaning goods as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes to borrow. The private yard was perfect for patio dinners with family. We love vacationing in Eastham and this home was in the perfect location to easily drive to all our favorite places. We highly recommend this home for your vacation!!

We had a great time on our vacation and enjoyed the house very much. We appreciated all the extras you supplied and made good use of the deck, back yard and even the bikes in the garage. The location was great – walking distance to Campground beach and close to the other beaches as well. We also enjoyed being close to the Wellfleet Drive-in and the Hole-in-One coffee shop.

We have stayed at several houses on the Cape and this one was one of the best.

Dear Zaf and Lisa - Thanks for sharing your second home on the Cape! We enjoyed returning to Eastham for the usual good meals and fun activity: hikes, bike riding, lobster, seafood, bakery treats, and beers. Our summary of the weekend - great time, predictable!

Lisa and Zaf - Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. All the comforts and conveniences we could want. The Cape is our happy place and we made the most of it in spite of the heat this summer. Your home is so convenient to the pond, the bay, and Hole in One. What more could we want!

Our grandchildren LOVED the swimming at Great Pond. Mini-golf was a favorite and Box Lunch is always on our menu.

Dear Lisa and Zaf - Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We loved exploring Eastham and the beach. A great hike in Truro to the ocean and over the dunes, with great views and seals. Provincetown and the lunch at the Canteen was also a treat! Then a 17 mile bike up to Calhoun Hollows & the Beachcomber to close out the weekend. Not to mention a great lobster dinner!
