I hesitate to write this review because I would like to keep this hidden gem to myself! The location 4 houses away from the Eastham bay beaches was so perfect for our family with small children. We could walk back and forth at our leisure. The set up of the house allowed us to all have privacy and spread out as much as we needed - the two living spaces were ideal. Very well kept and clean. Just a beautiful spot!

Great rental just steps from a beautiful private bayside beach! The bedrooms are large and spread apart. The two living room areas provided comfortable space for our family of 6 adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The owners are friendly and hospitable. I would definitely like to return to this house next year and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

We have stayed at a few places in Eastham on the bayside over the years that were OK but this one is fantastic! I second the other 5 star reviews and I'll try to add some more info that they haven't touched on. The bedrooms are extremely spacious, comfortable, and have AC. There are 2 different living rooms which are great for downtime and any needed separation. The backyard has a sandy area that the kids had fun playing in when we were not at the beach or just lounging on the deck. Owners also provide beach chairs which is a great space saver that you don't need to pack. Everything for kitchen supplies, cleaning, etc., is available and well stocked. We loved the "tidal" clock and were always checking it to make our "decisions" for the day! What a nice touch! Will definitely be back! show more show less

Great eastham bayside rental. Everything you need right at your fingertips. Owners have thought of everything, you can tell bc even the beds are comfortable. Location, location, location. 100 steps to cape cod bay. 10 min bike ride to nauset lite or coast guard!!! Everyone loved it, we will come back!

Such an awesome rental on such a pretty, private Eastham beach! My family and I had such a great time staying here this summer. The house was very clean, well organized and well stocked with items we might need. Garage space was so nice for beach stuff, back porch was awesome for family dinners before sunsets. Outside shower was so nice for sandy kids. Very comfortable all around. Quick walk to the beach. Owners were so nice to work with. Such a gem! Most likely renting this again next year- highly recommend! show more show less

My Wife and I just bought this lovely home in October. We are excited to spend time this summer on the Cape! We are also looking forward to renting the weeks that we are unable to be there. You probably notice the lack of reviews, this can be attributed to this being our first rental season.
