The Penney House is a peaceful retreat among the beautiful perennial gardens and majestic oak trees. Plenty of outside seating areas including hammocks. Located 500 yards off the main road allowing for a lovely vacation.

Enjoy the deck, fire pit and relaxing feeling in this quiet location. Take a walk through the back woods path to a short winding road leading to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Local bay and ocean beaches are a five minute drive or a fifteen/twenty minute bike ride. The home is midway between Provincetown and Chatham with so much to explore on the way to both.

The well equipped kitchen is the perfect size for multiple chefs to prepare meals to enjoy inside or out. Comfortable living room has plenty of seating for late night movie watching.

The master suite on first floor has a king size heavenly bed. Steam shower, soaking tub, double sinks and door to access deck, hot tub and outside shower.

On the top floor you will find three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. One with a king bed memory foam mattress, a queen bedroom and room with twin beds. Whole house air conditioning brings cool temps to every room.

My living quarters are on property, I am out of the way but available should you need anything at all. I have 2 cats and a small 13 year old Yorkie I just rescued a couple months ago! You won’t be affected by them.
Past guests have told me “In 30 years of Cape vacations this was the best place we’ve ever stayed”. I am proud of my home and love sharing it with others. Come and enjoy it, I’m sure you will feel the same.
