Inside, there are four spacious bedrooms and more than enough living space to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably. The two lower-level bedrooms have queen size beds while the upper level boasts a king size bed in the primary room and two queens in the other! Accompanying the 4 bedrooms is a full bathroom on each level. With two large great rooms, the kids can go to the upper level while the adults relax in the oversized family room downstairs. The custom kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals plus seating for eight at the kitchen island. All rooms have new individual mini split air conditioning units for your comfort. We have an ice machine so no need to buy ice for your cooler.

Outdoors is a back deck with a seating area and table to relax with your morning coffee and dine al fresco in the evening. The side patio offers additional seating, a gas grill and an outdoor shower with a separate changing room. Enjoy drinks around the fire pit in the evenings while the kids play games in the large sandy yard.

Our home is appropriate for older children. The house is not equipped for infants/small children nor is it childproof.
Guests provide their own bed linens and towels.
No parties or large gatherings allowed. No food or drink allowed in the bedrooms.

    Simply Cape Comfort at its Finest!

    We have stayed here for two years in a row and have our third stay booked for the summer of '24. We LOVE the simple cape comfort this home offers and beautiful great room space to gather together at the end of the day. In Eastham it's centrally located on the cape and on a quiet road off rte 6. Near the national seashore, bike trails and a quick drive to all the nearby places we love. Inside the home you'll find a gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen, perfect for breakfasts together and getting lunches packed to take to the beach or dinners in together. The great room is spacious and roomy and the large couches fit our party of 8 comfortably. There is additional space in the loft with more couches and another separate large TV and room to play games. Each morning coffee on the deck is a perfect way to start the day reading and enjoying the peaceful property outdoors. The outdoor shower is perfect for a rinse after returning from the beach and offers a third shower for the home.
    This home offers everything you'd need, and we love it. The owners are great to communicate with, and you can tell they love their home.
