House can sleep 10 people. Walk to the National Seashore Visitor Center and only minutes to the Bay or Ocean Beaches, close to Bike Path, shopping, and restaurants. Guests provide their own towels and sheets.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with a 50” smart TV, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, you have a screened-in porch comfortably furnished with wicker furniture off the living room. There are two bedrooms, the Master with a Queen bed and the second with bunk beds along with an updated bathroom. You also have in the Living Room a Queen sofa bed for added sleeping. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a shared bathroom. There is a private backyard/patio with a fire pit, gas grill and lounge area and outdoor shower. Other amenities include A/C units, Internet access, cable TV, a full size kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, washer & dryer.

In addition to the main house, there is a two-bedroom cottage with two Full size beds and a Queen Sofa Bed and bath that could be utilized if available (see Property ID #36038 and ask for special pricing).

This is a perfect house for family reunions or for more than one family.
