Plush carpeting (new in 2021 and regularly cleaned) runs throughout the living room and upstairs, with cool tile underfoot in the kitchen and bathrooms. Central air conditioning keeps the whole house comfortable no matter the weather.
A Living Room Meant for Relaxing
The living room invites you to settle in with a cozy sofa (that pulls out into a queen bed), a loveseat, and two club chairs flanking the fireplace—perfect for chatting, reading, or enjoying a quiet evening. There's a flat-screen smart TV, DVD player, and strong WiFi for your favorite streaming shows, games, or remote work needs. Music lovers, take note: a piano sits ready to be played, so bring your sheet music and enjoy a little melody by the fire.
