The large kitchen is well equipped and has multiple ovens and wine refrigerator. The first floor has a main bedroom suite with a queen bed and A/C units and private bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms both with A/C units. The first has a queen bed and the other has two twins and one queen bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Outside has a nice size pool surrounded by a patio and sitting areas, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor changing room, shed and plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on. All Rentals have a $250 Cleaning Fee. $100 PER WEEK DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK RENTALS. All reservations have a $100 reservation fee and a refundable security deposit.
