Two Homes!! Chloe's Classic Cape and Georgia's Getaway

This is a special property that has two individual homes, Chloe's Classic Cape and Georgia's Getaway nestled next to each other. Each house is completely private and there are no common areas. Each house has a similar layout and decor.

The driveways are on separate sides of the property affording great privacy for each home. They can be rented individually for smaller groups at #35522 and #35819 or together!

Chloe's Classic Cape is a peaceful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to Cape Cod Bay. The house is decorated in soothing blue and white. There is tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms, and plush carpeting in the living room and the upstairs. The carpet was just replaced in 2021 with a lovely white color and cleaned often.

The downstairs has a living room with a comfortable sofa (pulls out to queen bed) and a love seat. There is a flat-screen smart TV and DVD player. We have strong wifi for streaming, gaming, or remote working. There are two club chairs flanking the fireplace along with a piano so bring your sheet music and enjoy!

The well-equipped kitchen is a great place to relax and cook, or relax and enjoy your take-out! We have everything you need to cook in, should you choose to. We have a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee maker.
We have a blender, small stand mixer, crockpot, juicer, rice cooker, ice cream maker, and waffle maker. Should you choose to have some vacation cocktails or mocktails, we have some nice stemware and a cocktail shaker set.

There are plenty of pots and pans, ceramic bakeware, cutting boards, mixing bowls, serving bowls, and platters. We do plenty of cooking while on Cape, and we like to have things easily accessible.

In the middle of the kitchen/dining room is a long table for meals, games, and (gasp!) remote working. We have a closet with games in this room, with what we hope has something for everyone. Math games for elementary students, to a few versions of monopoly, puzzles, and such.

At the far end of the kitchen, by the deck door, we have a comfy person and a half chair, which gets bathed in the morning sun. Perfect for your morning beverage!

The door in the kitchen takes you to the deck, where there is a table and chairs, a bench for your beach stuff, a propane grill, a deck box to store your outdoor things, and best of all, the outdoor shower. The shower has hot and cold water, a lower foot shower (or the perfect size for a toddler shower), and a regular height shower. It is very private.

The deck leads to the driveway, laundry line, and the front yard. There is a bike rack here as well. There is a grassy front yard area with two Adirondack chairs, cushions, which are located in the games closet in the kitchen.

In between the living room and kitchen, we have a recently updated half bath.

Follow the lushly carpeted stairs to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two twins. Each bedroom has a chest of drawers and closet space. We have lightweight quilts of the beds which are swapped out between guests and sanitized. We always swap out the mattress pads and pillow protectors between guests as well.

There is a full bathroom on the second floor, with a shower over the tub.

Chloe's Classic Cape is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Cape Cod Bay. It is .8 miles to First Encounter bay beach, .5 miles to Herring Pond, a clear glacial pond for swimming, fishing, boating, etc., and 3.8 miles to Coast Guard Beach.

Eastham has many great eateries in town and we are a short distance to Orleans and Wellfleet. We are 25 miles to Provincetown Harbor and 24 miles from Hyannis.

We are 1.4 miles to the lovely Eastham Superette where you can find most groceries you may need, and 3.9 miles to the nearest Stop and Shop for the rest.

We are also close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and you can access this from a few places nearby.
