This two story space has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a washer & dryer. The table has plenty of room for six. The half bath is also on the first floor. The living room has plenty of comfy seating on the pull out sofa and several chairs. The living room has a Smart TV & wireless WiFi so you can sign into your favorites streaming services. The three bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. Each bedroom has a summer feel and its own a/c unit. The storage shed provides plenty of space to stash your bikes or boards or kayaks. No cape vacation is complete without an outdoor shower!! This one is quite large with two shower heads - one each for tall and small people!

The house is at the end of a private road with a large yard for outdoor games such as Bocci, Kubb or Cornhole, all of which are in the shed. There is an outdoor grill, so if you are not playing you can cook up a sumptuous Cape feast while you wait for your chance to get into the games. The entrance to the bike trail is at the edge of the property; it is just a short ride to the Hot Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans or Coast Guard Beach in Eastham.

This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, close to the ocean, bay and fresh water beaches, but far enough to eliminate all of the busy-ness. You are a short car ride to fine restaurants, mini-golf, and nature hikes; drive a bit longer to find Provincetown, the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, and historic Chatham.
