Simply beautiful, 4 bedroom rental with central air! This cape style house is in a wonderful Eastham location, aprox. 1.5 miles to Nauset Light or Coast Guard Beach. The lot consists of a nice yard and is located in a very quiet and low traffic neighborhood. The home is adjacent to the Cape Cod National Seashore and is also a short distance from bike and nature trails. This home is also close to Ben & Jerrys, Cape Cod Five Bank, the post office, a Thai Restaurant, a liquor store and a bike shop.

The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has a cathedral ceiling and oak cabinets. There is a larger dining table at one end of the living room which seats 8. The living room is to the right of the kitchen and has new wood floors and bright, light bead-board walls. French doors lead out to the deck and enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. The deck is furnished for outdoor dining and lounging. Bedrooms #1 (queen) & #2 (2 twins) are on first floor and both have new wood floors, dressers, closets and wall fans. A full bath is near the bedrooms.

Upper Level: Bedrooms #3 (queen) & #4 (2 twins) are on this level. New wood floors are found throughout. Both bedrooms have new dressers, closets, fans and share a full, newly renovated bath. TVs are located in bedroom #3 and the living room. Both have cable and DVD/VCR. Many nice amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, outside shower, central air and Wi/Fi.
