Beautiful Eastham Cape! Central to Everything

We enjoyed our stay at Don's place, house had nice furnishings along with comfy beds. Nice updated kitchen. Had everything we needed, plus all in good condition. Nice family street. We loved seeing all the neighborhood kids riding bikes and scooters. Easy for us to get to the beaches and other sightseeing sites.

This house is absolutely fantastic in every way. The layout of the house is wonderful with plenty of space, the back deck and outdoor shower are amazing, and the location is close to multiple ocean-side and bay-side beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, multiple restaurants (and ice cream shops) and many other things to do. The full kitchen (with full sized appliances) and barbecue grill made cooking at home an easy option as well. The house was spotless upon arrival, and you can tell from its condition that it is meticulously cared for by the hosts and guests.
The hosts were very friendly and extremely easy to work with. They did everything that they could to ensure that our stay was exactly what we were hoping for.
The pictures and descriptions on the listing are accurate - if the house looks and sounds like what you are looking for then you will love it. We will be back next year for sure. show more show less

I can't recommend this place enough. Clean. Convenient to everything. The beds are so comfortable! There was a sweet welcome basket with snacks and toothbrushes and information about the area. There's an incredible outdoor shower and comfortable outdoor furniture. The hosts went the extra mile with complimentary coffee and making sure there was ample shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. Quiet neighborhood. Incredible stars. The perfect stay!!

This was a lovely stay for all 3 generations of our family (me, my partner, our toddler and his 2 grandmothers)! Clean, pleasant, comfortable beds, and all the kitchen supplies we needed. We especially enjoyed the wonderful outdoor shower and the beautiful deck, which had such peaceful shade in the afternoons. The location felt very private. We loved the close proximity to the bike trail and the quick car rides to First Encounter Beach, Ben & Jerry's, the huge Stop & Shop, and of course the farm stand with its superb corn.

I had the pleasure of staying here in July of 2021. Before we arrived, I had already noticed that Don & Emily had already made modifications (e.g., they upgraded both the living room and the patio furniture). Arrival and check-in were easy. The house is very handsomely decorated and feels very comfortable (e.g., I felt like I was at home). We have an 11-month-old baby so having the master suite with a little alcove type space was a great location for setting up a pack and play for a bed. The location is also very conveniently located (minutes from the National Seashore beaches, 4 min from a Kayak tour, 10 min to Stop & Shop, 5 min bike ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, 20 min to Wellfleet (which to me means great seafood and a great Boulangerie).
Last, I will add that the hosts were extremely responsive, got back to me in at least 15 minutes with various questions. The neighbors were also very friendly.
I would enthusiastically suggest this place to anyone looking to stay on the cape. show more show less

My group of 6 had an amazing stay at Don's Eastham cottage. Immediately when we walked in we felt at home. The open living space was great for the number of individuals to gather, while also feeling private in our own rooms. The location is great, close to all of Eastham and also other towns. We went to Welfleet and Brewster- both a 10 minute drive. On top of all of this, the cottage had all the items we needed (and more!). The place was very clean. We will definitely return! Thanks, Don!
