Our spacious and comfortable home is located in a quiet Eastham neighborhood and surrounded by a peaceful wooded backdrop. It is perfectly situated between bay and oceanside beach, minutes to Orleans, and steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail where you can bike for miles in either direction. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are all quickly accessible, and you'll be able to easily enjoy sunsets at First Encounter or Rock Harbor, beach outings to Coast Guard or Nauset Light, and hikes on nearby conservation land trails and the scenic Fort Hill Trail.

The recently-renovated main level features an open concept layout with hardwood floors, a large and well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. A beautiful sunroom opens up just off the kitchen and provides access to the deck. The first-floor master suite boasts a king bed, private bathroom, and a bonus office space that will give you a quiet place to work or take a phone call when needed. New front-load laundry machines and an additional half bathroom are also conveniently located on the first floor. The upstairs has three generously-sized bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a bunk bed plus additional twin bed (sleeping 3 total), plus another full bathroom.

The house has high-speed WiFi, central air throughout the main level, A/C units for second floor bedrooms, an outdoor shower, dishwasher, and full-sized front load washer and dryer. Parking for 3+ cars in driveway.

This vacation home was perfect for our family. It was immaculate when we arrived. There was lots of room for everyone and perfect outdoor and sunroom spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week vacation. Outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach. We will be booking again for Summer 2024!
