I've been going to the cape most of my life- one of my favorite places.This is the best home I've stayed at!

Location is great - walkable/short bike to Cole Road beach, Wiley Park and more. But the best part is how the house is done. It has all the warmth, finishing touches, conveniences and care you expect not in a beach cottage, but in someone's forever home. That's what you feel from the moment you arrive - the gardens, the layout, the little details, it's just a beautiful, welcoming home. Btw the pictures don't do it justice - much better in person, a rare reversal of internet photo life. Stay here if you have the chance, you'll love it!

This is a very lovely home! Very bright, clean and you are provided with all the everyday necessities! Close enough to walk to First Encounter beach! The owner is a very thoughtful person! The outdoor shower is great! The flowers make you feel like you are in paradise!

We LOVE this house, as well as its owner, a wildlife conservationist with a deep commitment to keeping the property environmentally sound. House is lovely, with sunny master bedroom and big, well-supplied kitchen. The best part: walkable to several ponds and the Bay!

We loved the fully stocked kitchen with oversized refrigerator. Super comfortable beds, endless places to gather both inside and out, and a line to use the best outdoor shower we've ever seen! Walking distance to beautiful beaches and ponds makes this place extra special and the owners go way beyond to make sure you have a great vacation.
Our family has enjoyed vacationing on the outer Cape for years. We have lots of wonderful memories, best recalled by the less than favorable monikers we gave to the cottages.

Wonderful experience staying in this house -- whether it's the comfortable beds, lovely deck with retractable shade awning, spacious bathrooms, luxe outdoor shower, or well-stocked kitchen --it makes for a great, seamless getaway. The house is beautifully decorated, filled with light and in top shape. The hosts couldn't be more helpful or welcoming.
We enjoyed being very close to the bay and pond beaches as well as a short ride to the bike trail and then coming back to cook and grill in a chef's kitchen.
The couple of town pond beaches we went to were perfectly nice ( and at one, Herring Pond, the parking, though limited, is only a couple of steps away from the beach, which made it easy to use paddle boards, etc.) All in all, I can't say enough about the experience.

This home was a very comfortable stay during our family week at the Cape. The furnishings made it feel like you were at your own home during the stay. It was clean and had all the cooking utensils we needed for meals. I would stay here again! The location is very close to the beautiful bayside beach that also has wonderful sunsets!

The home is airy and comfortable. Well decorated with the nicest outdoor shower I have seen. We worked remotely and the Wifi was strong. Nice location, easy to walk to beaches and trails.

Our family had a wonderful two weeks here. The house is VERY comfortable and has absolutely everything. We loved walking to the uncrowded bay beach and the trails to the ponds so easily. We love to cook and the kitchen was deluxe - a real treat for us - and it enhanced our time together preparing and eating meals significantly. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are much more "spa" like than at home! There's a beautiful outdoor shower which each of us loved and used daily. An unexpected delight was watching through the kitchen and living room windows the variety of birds that frequent the backyard feeders. It was truly mesmerizing. I could on and on, but I will end by saying Louise could not have been a more accommodating or helpful host. She's a gem and so is this home.

This was our second summer in a row renting this home, and it was as good if not better than the first time. The house and grounds are beautiful, and well located for the bay beaches, the ocean and the bike trail. Louise and Tom are wonderful hosts, and did everything they could to make sure that our stay was comfortable and seamless. So much attention to detail! We look forward to returning next summer!

We had a relaxing and gorgeous week in Eastham, perfectly located near Orleans and Wellfleet and easily accessible to Provincetown. This is a well-appointed and beautiful home; the garden is especially lovely, attracting a variety of birds (and on one day a friendly cat). While most of our time was spent at the nearby bay beaches, the pond also looked inviting. There is much to do for all ages. Louise and Tom were easy to work with and very accommodating throughout our stay. We very much enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful, comfy house within walking distance to bay and ponds; lovely deck with lots of bird-watching. Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful about the area. She's also a generous, fascinating human being!

Walkable to bay and ponds, and 3 minute drive from ocean! Plus, not only is this house beautiful, the owner is a fascinating woman and a great tour guide.

This place was beautiful and we had a wonderful week long stay here. We stepped in and felt immediately at home. The house was very clean cozy feeling. Gorgeous and well-stocked new kitchen, nice bath towels and beach towels for us, and very comfortable sleeping arrangements for our family of four. The back deck becomes a bird oasis if you sit out there quietly for a few minutes. Close to great beaches and beautiful ponds. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed or any questions we had. We would be lucky to come back and stay in this house again.

Our week in Eastham far exceeded our expectations! This is a beautiful, comfortable, updated and well maintained home in an excellent location. Walking distance to gorgeous bay beaches and fresh water pond, and a few miles bike or drive to the ocean. Well located between Orleans and Wellfleet. Louise and Tom were easy to work with ahead of time and during our stay. Our family of four loved our time here and look forward to returning next year. Thank you Louise and Tom!

This is a beautiful home with top of the line appliances and fixtures but has a warmth that welcomes you from the moment you step in. This home is a peaceful oasis both inside and out. The outside has a great deck, outdoor shower and gardens that must be enjoyed! Louise and Tom were very easy to work with. This place is a find!! We will definitely be returning!

This is a gorgeous house in a superb location, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Louise and Tom were extremely helpful and welcoming! Everything is state of the art, newly renovated and furnished, and the pictures, while accurate, don't do the place justice. We look forward to returning.
