We had a great time at the house. Everything went smoothly. The kitchen was supplied with every cooking apparatus that you might need. Everything in the kitchen worked great and the kids loved sitting at the island for meals. TV worked great, we brought our chromecast and streamed everything through there. Having the use of the washer and dryer was a godsend with towels. Kids loved hosing off all the sand in the outside shower. Very nice secluded feeling with the trees. You don't feel near the road at all. Fun to see the lighthouse lights from the house over the trees. Everyone else loved the house and had lots of fun. We've rented many houses on the Cape over the years, all of them good. But this was our favorite due to location and old Cape Cod charm of the house.

We had a great time in Eastham with perfect weather and perfect accommodations. The house was so comfortable!! Nice deck and lawn furniture and fire pit to come back from the beach and still enjoy the outdoors. The house was well stocked with cook ware, and all the comforts of home, coffee maker, tea kettle, lots of dishes and a nice big pot for us to cook lobster and corn, burgers etc on the grill. Nice big screen TV to watch the Celtics on. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice book shelf in the master bedroom with books to borrow and enjoy. Imagine my surprise when I went to the garage and found a ping pong table, dart board and foosball table. Lots of fun! Right down the street from Coast Guard Beach, such an easy beach, park, jump on the tram and there you are, bath house etc. Not to mention beach chairs to borrow if needed. We just got back from spending a week at Shawns rental. House was clean , kitchen well appointed and necessities provided. We were a group of 6 , bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Yard was very private and walk to Coastgaurd Beach short. We also found it very easy to access bike trails .Location was perfect for catching a sunrise. Shawn was attentive and easy to reach Look forward to coming back next year

Perfect location - close to gorgeous beaches and all the best this area of The Cape has to offer. House was clean, roomy and the outdoor shower was amazing! Definitely coming back. Thanks Shawn!

Great spot, quiet, private. Sounds of surf and birds.
