There is a Fijitsu air unit on the first floor as well as a window AC unit for the bedrooms if needed. Amenities include a stocked kitchen, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a new smart TV, town water, wireless internet, an outdoor shower, a gas grill and charcoal grill.

Just a couple minute bike ride to the bike trail, you can enjoy riding along the beautiful, scenic trail. Bike to the bayside beaches (bike trail has a tunnel so need to cross route six) as well as to the town of Orleans where you can park your bike and shop around the town's beautiful stores or visit some delicious restaurants. You can bike in the other direction to the French bakery and then ride up the road to Marconi Beach. Dunkin Donuts as well as Ben and Jerry's is a short bike ride away. The National Sea Shore Visitor's Center is a 5 minute bike ride where you will find beautiful walking trails and also another bike trail that will bring you right to the beautiful Coast Guard Beach. You can walk to the famous Arnold's Lobster and Clam Bar for delicious sea food and mini golf.

Nicely located for lovely drives to the beautiful towns of Orleans, Chatham, Brewster, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. There is so much to see and do on the Outer Cape including taking in Cape Cod League Baseball games, enjoying the Drive in Theater and Flea market, visiting the Wineries and Breweries, eating Delicious seafood, playing Mini golf, Whale watching, Dune rides and most importantly enjoying the BEAUTIFUL ocean and bay BEACHES!

Nearby beaches include Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Light Beach and Marconi Beach ( all part of the National Sea Shore) as well as bay beaches including First Encounter, Kingsbury, Thumpertown and Campground Beaches.
