Situated in a quiet neighborhood nestled on the edge of the Cape Cod National Seashore, and at the end of a cul-de-sac, enjoy being a 2 min bike ride to the Cape Cod rail trail and 5 min drive to Nauset Light Beach.

Comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan featuring a large dining room and living room, and a brand new, well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, new quartz countertops, and new stainless appliances.

Once inside, make yourself at home in the open floor plan main level where the newly updated kitchen opens up into a dining room and living room with cathedral ceilings and striking wood beams. The kitchen is complete with updated appliances and a breakfast ''peninsula'' perfect for bringing together family and friends.

Off of the dining room is a slider that opens up to a large back deck perfect for outdoor dining. Use the grill to cook up some local seafood and serve on the outdoor table with seating for 6. Adjacent to dining area are two Adirondack chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage while listening to the birds and taking in the recently installed backyard flower garden.

Just off of the deck you'll find a spacious outdoor shower - a must have on Cape Cod - where you can shower under the trees and under the starlit sky.

Enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights on the deck - with the ocean just over a mile away, the waves can be heard on clear, quiet nights (and the reflection of the Nauset Lighthouse beam on foggier nights!)

- 5 minute drive to Nauset Light Beach (or a ~12 minute bike ride!) and just a few minutes further to Coast Guard Beach - famous for being consistently rated as one of the world's top beaches.

- 2 minute bike ride to an entrance of the Cape Cod Rail Trail - a 25 mile paved bicycle/jogging trail stretching from Yarmouth to Wellfleet

- Just over a half mile off of Route 6 (though it feels like worlds away) for quick access to the Cape's main stretch!

Featuring 3 bedrooms: 2 on main level and third (master with en suite bath) upstairs. 2 full baths plus outdoor shower.

In summer months, enjoy a cool house with newly installed ductless AC unit. We recommend keeping bedroom doors open during the day so the AC cools rooms. Upstairs bedroom has window unit. The breeze from the ocean is also wonderful with open windows & fans in every room.

PLEASE NOTE: Linens are not provided, please plan to bring your own or we can arrange for linen service through our cleaners (paid directly to them). Pets are not permitted. We have a wonderful, peaceful neighborhood so we ask that you please be respectful of them and honor quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Please limit cars to two per stay and park in the driveway.
