This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, centrally air conditioned house with an outdoor shower. It has a gorgeous kitchen, which is the center of the home. The master suite has its own bathroom with a shower and full depth soaking tub. The bunkroom is upstairs and features bunkbeds built into the walls and two additional full beds, plus a private full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is also on the main floor and has a full size bed. Overall the house sleeps 10-12. House has a grill with outside dining table on the lower deck and a roof deck to watch the amazing sunsets.

Best part is that the beach is steps from the house! This is great for families who dont want to lug all of their stuff to drive to a beach. The bayside is great for swimming and floating/ paddleboarding and then enjoying the flats at low tides. Sunsets here are truly magic.

    Perfect Cape Vacation

    Our family stayed at Tersa and Will's home and enjoyed every minute! As was the theme for most of the summer, the weather didn't lend itself to many beach days. We were happy to have such a beautiful home to spend these rainy days in. Our boys loved the bunk room and variety of children's books available. Thank you for an amazing week and we look forward to many more summers here!

    What is special about this property?
    The Sunsets are magic. The neighborhood is truly special, when we looked to purchase this home 7 years ago we fell in love with the location and the roofdeck to watch the sunsets. When it is hightide everyone is down on the beach swimming, floating, paddleboarding, and when its low tide everyone is out walking the beach, playing in the sand, playing beach games, sunbathing.

    This house is family friendly, small pets are ok too as we do have a fenced in yard.
