This summer was our 4th stay in this wonderful cottage. We keep returning because it offers everything we need and want in a rental. It’s clean and comfortable (the recliners are great). The kitchen is well stocked and the cottage is perfectly located to the bay or ocean beaches. The spacious deck/yard, outdoor shower and fire pit surrounded by 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs add a wonderful dimension to the outdoor space. The owners are great to work with. My husband, brother, and sister-in-law and myself were invited to a birthday party in Eastham and this cottage was just perfect in every way- clean, well stocked and the deck got a lot of use both morning - sipping our coffee and evening for cocktail time! The firepit was great, too.

The hot outdoor shower was just wonderful after a day at the beach. Kevin answered all my questions and was a great host. I highly recommend this cottage for a family of four.

We love this place. It is so clean, cozy and cute! Phyllis & Kevin are wonderful! You can walk to the beach.

I have been renting properties all over the country and in Europe as well, but I must say this one stands out! Not only is it everything you could wish for in a rental, but it is also immaculate! There is not anything lacking in this cottage from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen. The location is just perfect for morning walks on the beach, coffee on one of the two lovely decks, cooking on the outdoor grill or dining out at many nearby wonderful restaurants. The pictures do not do it justice, and the owners are fantastic people.

I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking in the Eastham area. Do yourself a favor and book early as they are booked way in advance and I can see why. It is a solid 5 star rental, loved everything about it and would love to return next year if possible! show more show less

My husband and I were so happy to find this perfect little house to rent. It was exactly what we were seeking for our fall get-away. Comfortable, well equipped, great location...it has everything we were wanted and more! Here are a few observations:
1) This is by far the CLEANEST rental we have ever stayed in...immaculate and spotless in every way.
2) Every amenity you could want has been provided and it's all of good quality. You could cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for a family in that kitchen with no problem whatsoever!
3) The queen bed is really comfortable...very much appreciated when relaxing on vacation.
4) The furniture is all newer and of good quality including 2 recliners...his and hers...fabulous!
5) The cottage is thoughtfully decorated with a cute strawberry motif in the kitchen and nautical flair throughout...very appropriate for Cape Cod.
6) The outdoor furniture is all of good quality and there was plenty of it on the spacious south-facing deck...a great spot to stretch out, catch some rays and read a book.
7) The fire pit and the hammock are both awesome vacation-minded additions to an already great property.
8) Basically every need for comfort has been anticipated in advance and met by owners who obviously care about presenting a good product.

We just returned from our annual vacation down the Cape and enjoyed our second year renting this property. Phyllis ad Kevin, the owners, are wonderful people and so attentive to their renters. This cottage is clean, comfortable, charming, and well stocked with all the essentials. The outdoor deck is beautiful and served as another living space for my family. The fire pit and hammock were a big hit with my kids as well. We can't wait to return next year!

First of all, when we rented this cottage it was the cleanest one we have ever rented and we have been going to the Cape for years. Phyllis the owner is very friendly. The cottage is well located just a short walk to the bay for gorgeous sunsets. We took our adult son and the second bedroom which is downstairs afforded him a chance to get a break from we older folks. Only regret was I never took advantage of the fire pit as I really wanted to do that but we were so busy we could not do it. We are very excited to be coming back for our second year. This cottage is a gem for a smaller group. Two or three are perfect, four would be tight. show more show less

We stayed at this very cute cottage last year in May/June. Phyllis, the wonderful owner, was there when we arrived, making sure that everything was clean and tidy for our stay there! We had an awesome time visiting the landmarks and lighthouses. Her cottage is adorable with just the cutest little decorations! We felt right at home, and the sunsets right down the road were spectacular!! We are renting there again, and this time bringing our bikes!

I've been renting this cottage for years & have had a wonderful time each year. The owners have become our friends & we look forward to returning every year! We have rented from Phyllis for 18 years & can't wait to return every summer. This home is a short walking distance to Cape Cod Bay and the beach is wonderful! My daughter, son in law & 16 mo old granddaughter had a great week in Oct & spent everyday there. Phyllis has thought of everything you need & is only a phone call away if needed. When back at the cottage there is a wonderful yard for kids to play in, outdoor shower & a great patio for relaxing, reading, sunning & grilling! Sit out on the deck at night & you can hear the waves crashing at high tide! show more show less
