This remodeled quintessential Cape style home is within walking distance to Cape Cod Bay and a 15 minute drive to Nauset Beach. This beautiful home includes 4 bedrooms, two full baths, an open floor plan kitchen with an island and table that seats 6, finished basement, large screen porch, large deck, private decks, an outdoor shower, gas grill, two laundry rooms and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay on Cape Cod.

All towels, linens and kitchen supplies are included. The house comes equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, corn-hole boards as well as outdoor and indoor games. Fire pit with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Bedroom configurations are a primary with a large king bed, Bed 1 with one queen bed, Bed 2 with two single beds, Bed 3 with one queen bed. Dining Room table seats 6 people. Front deck has chairs for 8 people and screened in porch seats 10 people as well. Two full bathrooms and laundry on upper floor and in the basement. This home is open and has beautiful natural light all day long. It is very comfortable.

The house is perfectly located on a private road and driveway making it safe for children to play and parents to relax. Enjoy a short 5 minute walk down some quiet dirt roads to multiple beaches along Cape Cod Bay including Campground Beach with warm water and plenty of places for kids to enjoy. Nauset Beach, Herring Brook Pond and Wiley park are less than a 15 minute drive from 55 Snow Road. At the end of Higgins road is the ''Landing'' a small convince store with coffee, snacks and ice cream. This is a 5 min walk from the house and my children enjoyed walking there when they were young. Eastham is a rare town where you can watch the sun rise and set over the ocean on the same day. The outer Cape is unique and Eastham is the gateway to the Cape Cod National Sea Shore. The Sea Shore offers miles of unspoiled shoreline and beaches with marsh lands, and forests for your swimming and hiking pleasure. Enjoy the clear night sky free from light pollution and gaze at the stars and occasional full moon over the ocean or the bay. Grab a campfire permit and have a bonfire on the beach with your family and friends.

Eastham is a beautiful town that offers incredible dining, local shops and galleries. It is a short drive to the Wellfleet Center or Wellfleet Drive-In or Orleans which also offers many wonderful restaurants and galleries to explore. There are multiple restaurants close to the home as well. Enjoy an ice cream at Nauset Cream or rent some bikes form Idle Times and jump on the bike trail that runs the length of Cape Cod.
