Once again we had a delightful time at this bayside house. Bright and welcoming. Located on a quiet street with a large yard this has become our favorite of the Summer Breeze rentals. Everything, as always, was clean and well explained. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Bikes in the basement was a plus. We'll be back in the spring!

Another wonderful vacation to the Cape this summer with Summer Breeze rentals. We returned this year to Meadow Breeze for 2 weeks. Loved the location & vicinity to all our favorite places. With all the amenities provided & the very large backyard & play area, the family really enjoyed it especially the grandkids. We will definitely return!

This is our second year staying at Julie's Meadow Breeze house. We are very happy with the amenities and central location and Julie stays in contact with us to be sure we have everything we need. We recommend this property highly.

This is the first time we rented this house and it was a wonderful experience! The pictures do not do it justice. The house is supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of dishes and silverware for a group. Check in was a breeze. We did not have to contact the owners for anything. Usually I spend day 1 or sometime during the visit. Not in this case.
Also in the basement is everything you need for the beach as well as ping pong, foose ball and air hockey.
The deck and yard is family heaven. Neighborhood is safe for kids to ride their bikes.

We will rent again!

This is the second summer breeze home we have stayed in, and like the first time, everything was perfect. These homes are well maintained, fully stocked and very renter friendly. Even if Eastham wasn't already our favorite place, these homes would surely put it over the top. Highly recommend staying in a summer breeze home.

The Meadow Breeze is a beautiful, well maintained, fully equipped house that feels like home away from home. There are so many amenities, including bikes and beach chairs to use. There is a huge backyard with real grass. They even provide extra propane tanks for the grill. The owners truly care about their property and the renters. Do not waste your money on expensive management companies that provide nothing but linens! This house has everything you need for a terrific vacation.

This is our 5th year renting with Summer Breeze. And this was the 4th house we have stayed in. The house is in a great location, central to beaches on both sides. It was only a 5 minute ride to view the sunset on several bay beaches. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe for walking the dog or biking with the kids. The house itself is spacious, clean and so nicely furnished. And so well equipped. We loved the large deck for dinners with our family and the large back yard was private and beautiful! The kids enjoyed the play set and the shady areas to escape the heat.

Of all the summer breeze homes, MeadowBreeze is my favorite. The large home comfortably fits large parties, and a gorgeous living room lends itself well to games night and popping popcorn to snuggle in for a movie after a long day at the beach. The outside porch is a perfect place to eat breakfast from the Hole-In-One donut shop just a two-minute drive down the road, and the yard is great for frisbee and pick-up soccer. MeadowBreeze is very close to the Bay (great for when you're trying to catch a last-minute sunset!) and a quick ride from the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail! New renovations make the house feel like a home -- 10/10 will stay again!

Everything about Meadow Breeze was a dream come true.

Our family came to the Cape to celebrate our Mom's 93 birthday at the Wellfleet Oyster Fest, and everyone found this 'home sweet home' an incredible place to stay. Meadow Breeze is so well equipped that we 'moved right in' and spent many a day & night cooking up delicious meals with ingredients from the local fish vendors and shops. The home is located close to many convenient places to purchase necessities or sightsee. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The yard was a splendid garden of flowers and greenery, which made hanging out on the deck to soak up some October sun, a pure joy. We loved 'going home' everyday after exploring and truly appreciated the quiet cul de sac location. Even the day we spent inside during a rainstorm was cozy and we welcomed the lightning & thunder with our warm cups of tea. Julie was very helpful with wonderful information and responded to all of our inquiries. Hopefully we shall be back once again to enjoy this amazing home, provided by incredible hosts.

This has fast become our favorite of the Nelson's Summer Breeze houses. The yard is private and large and the location quiet and convenient to everything we needed (bike trails, mac's seafood, beaches). Everything is clean and in excellent condition. Can't go wrong with any of the summer breeze rentals!

We had a great week at the Meadow Breeze. It is a clean, spacious home with many updates and a beautiful yard. We especially appreciated lots of extras that you don't find in many rentals: a well-equipped kitchen complete with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, utensils and a full set of sharp knives; a game room; plenty of bikes and beach items; full washer & dryer and a clothesline, and so much more. There is even a play set in the yard for little ones. The owners are friendly and responsive.

We've lost track of how many times we've stayed in the Nielsens' Eastham homes - we can always rely on them to have everything we need and to be in quiet, beautiful locations. Meadow Breeze is our favorite as it is on a very quiet lollipop-shaped street, yet conveniently close to all the Cape has to offer. We really enjoy being able to ride our bikes to the bike trail and also take a walk down to the bay beach. The birds were gloriously songful this year! The house is well stocked with everything you need. Water pressure is excellent. It's always clean and well-maintained, and the Nielsens are continuingly upgrading their properties to make them even better. We will be back!

MeadowBreeze is the most spacious, welcoming home. My family and I have stayed here twice in two years, and plan on returning at least once a year for the foreseeable future. We loved playing cards at the kitchen table, watching movies in the enormous living room, and using the cottage as a home base for bike tours on the Cape Cod Bay.

Summer Breeze homes are super. Everything is as described and in working order. The last thing you need on your well earned vacation are glitches and these rentals have none of that. We've rented from the owners (and have stayed in several of their properties) for a couple of years now and have never once had anything but the best of experiences. This particular property is very quiet, has a great porch, and accessible to everything.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing- a short drive or, as we liked to do, bike ride, to everything that is great about the outer cape- bay and ocean beaches, seafood, bike paths, bird preservation, ice cream, and other vacation activities.

The house was stocked with all the amenities you'd want- full kitchen, cozy living room, and plenty of space with four good size bedrooms. Julie was very responsive and made our vacation seamless. We can't wait to get back to visit again!

Wonderful vacation! The owners provide all the comforts of home. Spacious accommodation, close to beaches and restaurants, off the main highway providing plenty of quiet roads for a morning run. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. During this crazy summer of 2020, they took every precaution to ensure cleanliness. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house and felt at home right away. Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided by the homeowner. The house is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Eastham, our first time on that part of the Cape. In previous years, we have stayed in Chatham, Dennis, or Brewster. We were very fortunate. The home we rented was very comfortable for six, very clean and nicely appointed, very close to the National Sea Shore and some wonderful bay beaches (we enjoyed First Encounter beach, especially for the sunsets), and it took only 20 minutes to get to P-town (we had another greater whale-watching voyage from there). When we return to the Cape, we will return to Eastham and hopefully, the same house.
