Beautiful & serene location! Walk down a charming sandy lane to a sandy beach on beautiful Great Pond for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking & more! Perfect, quiet location on a dead end road off the beaten track yet close to everything Eastham has to offer!

This light-filled, very comfortable Cape Cod home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with large screen TV & DVD player (internet provided), and a full-sized dining room with sliding doors out to the deck.

First floor bedroom has queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower stall is across the hall. This bathroom also has a full sized washer and dryer. Two bedrooms are upstairs: one has a queen bed, and one has 2 twin beds and a double bed. A full bathroom with combination bathtub/shower is located between these bedrooms.

Enjoy relaxing on the deck, furnished with table, chairs, and grill. The level yard bordered by trees and shrubs is ideal for children and yard games. The back yard is fenced in. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for washing away the sand after a day at the beach. New this year: The back yard is fenced.

Walk down a shady path to Great Pond for freshwater swimming. First Encounter Beach on Cape Cod Bay is only 1.5 miles away, and the ocean side Coast Guard Beach is 2 miles away. Beach chairs available for you to use.

Walk to the bike path, just at the end of the road, and if you didn't bring your bike, a bike rental shop is within walking distance.

All within walking distance are Eastham Windmill Park for summer concerts; the Eastham Public Library for speakers & resources; and the Superette for groceries & beverages.

The Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters and Salt Pond Visitors Center are just 6/10ths of a mile away. Enjoy the nature trails, bike trail to Coast Guard Beach, movies about Cape Cod history, a nice book/gift shop, and more.

    This is a lovely home which is a short walk to a lovely pond beach. My family of five has stayed in many houses in Eastham, and this one is among the most attractive, comfortable, and convenient. Excellent, communicative host. So glad we rented this home. I highly recommend it.

    Another great stay

    This was a return visit to this property and we enjoyed it even more than our last visit. The house is cozy and tidy and full of little comforts throughout. There's plenty of space and a great back deck and yard to spend time outside. It is quiet but an easy walk to the pond for a quick dip whenever. We will be back!

    This house is a perfect home base for your cape stay. This was our first year staying here and we've already booked for 2025. The location of this house is great- walking distance to Great Pond, a 2 minute drive to First Encounter and close to everything while being tucked away with total privacy. The size is perfect for a small family and the house has everything you need. The home owners were also super to deal with, accommodating and helpful. We can't wait to return next year

    Beautiful cape home in a lovely neighborhood near Great Pond. Our host was very accommodating and available to help with any questions. The home was nicely decorated, fully stocked, clean and very comfortable. We had a fantastic week and look forward to returning. We highly recommend this lovely home for your vacation.

    Debbie's home was exactly as listed/pictured. The location was incredible - easy walk to Great Pond or bike path. We have stayed at different homes in Eastham over the past 10 years and this was our favorite. Debbie was very responsive.

    We loved our week at this wonderful home. There was plenty of space of our family of four with a great yard for outdoor play. It is a calm and quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to Great Pond. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

    My name is Debbie, and I am the property owner. Originally from Rhode Island, my family started coming to the Cape in 1983. Since that time, I've spent part of every summer in Eastham, no matter how far I had to travel to return to the Cape! Vacationers have enjoyed my home since 2013. I'm delighted to make this special home available so you can create your own memories of the beaches, bike trails, nature, history, art galleries, restaurants, whale watches, local theatre, and so much more the Cape offers. Whether you want to relax in this peaceful setting or participate in a wide variety of activities, my Eastham home is a perfect location!

    What is special about this property?
    My home is located on a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac, just a short walk to Eastham's Great Pond, the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, about 1.5 miles to First Encounter Beach on Cape Cod Bay, and about 2 miles to Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side. The Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center is within walking distance, as are the Eastham windmill, library, and Superette. My home is close to everything yet quiet and off the beaten path. Relax in the peaceful back yard listening to the birds, watch the incredible sunsets at First Encounter Beach, or explore the many adventures the Cape offers. My Eastham home is an ideal location for it all!





    What is special about your town?
    Eastham is located at the narrowest part of the Outer Cape, providing easy access to both ocean and bay side beaches. A beautiful historic windmill anchors the town center, and the Windmill Green hosts concerts, fairs, and other celebrations across the year. The Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor Center in Eastham features movies and a museum about the geologic and cultural history of Cape Cod; a well-stocked gift/book shop; and a trail leading around Salt Pond and through woods to Coast Guard Beach. Across the road from the National Seashore Visitors Center, local artists display their creations at regularly scheduled art shows on the lawn of the Old School House. Great Pond is a fresh water lake, wonderful for swimming, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. The beautiful Eastham Public Library overlooks one of many Eastham ponds, and it offers story time, lectures, borrowing privileges, and more to summer visitors.
