It sleeps up to 5, there is 1 full bath and an outside shower., expanded decks offer spectacular sunsets over Cape Cod Bay..Cottage features a wall of windows overlooking the Bay, allowing you to witness live the ever changing tides. No matter what the weather is outside, experience waterfront living at its best. Walk on our imported Italian tile floors as well as enjoy the old style Cape Cod charm of knotty pine walls. High-Speed Wireless Internet with Hi-Def TV,HBO and Surround Sound. central air conditioning

Enjoy long walks on the beach and some of the best swimming on the Cape. Our beach is very child and pet friendly. We are close to the bike trail, Audubon Society, multiple beaches on the National Seashore (3 miles to USA Today #8 beach in the USA) as well as our own beach in your back yard.

    Great lLocation!

    The deck view overlooking Cape Cod bay is spectacular. The unit is clean and a great outdoor shower. Nicely redone kitchen and easy access to route 6. Highly recommended.

    We have been going to these cottages for many years....we happily return season after season. The light, the sunsets, the walks out into the bay during low tide are always special. The Cape is such a magical place, we are already looking forward to next year :)

    we have owned the cottage for 38 years and have enjoyed renting to many wonderful families who have had great memories from their stay.


    What is special about this property?
    If you want front row on Cape Cod Bay you have come to the right place. We have a location second to none. Our child safe beach allows as young as 2 years old to be playing in the sand at low tide while you relax on our magnificent decks knowing that they cannot get in any trouble.
    The cottages are clean and comfortable with just enough feel of of an old Cape cottage that was totally renovated a few years ago with all the current amenities
