This bayside three bedroom two bath cottage on a quiet lane is less than 2/10ths of a mile, about a 5 minute walk, from a lovely association beach. The association beach is located between Campground and Thumpertown Beaches. This bright and well maintained home has a cathedral ceiling and a combination kitchen/dining/living room. The main house has a full bath and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. Above the double garage is a second floor large bedroom with two extra long twins (pulled together these can create one king bed) and a second full bath. Amenities include a washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

The cottage is surrounded by open space with a picnic table and gas grill for outdoor dining on the back patio, and a deck off the living area. A great getaway - very near the beach!

    A Perfect Cape Cod Vacation

    The Yellow Door Cottage had all we needed for a perfect Cape Cod vacation. The cottage is beautifully maintained, and the proximity to the bay side beach allowed us to stroll over to enjoy a magnificent sunset every night. We are looking forward to come back again to this delightful cottage.

    Our first time ever renting a home in our favorite area of the Cape. This adorable "yellow door cottage" was perfect! Enough space for the current size of our family, including a newborn baby. A favorite feature was the private (above the garage) bedroom and bath. Main cottage kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc., that we needed to cook most meals at home. Loved the personalized touches of unique artwork and decor. Was a hot week but airflow, especially with the help of the ceiling fans, made it very comfortable. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy walk to the bay-side beach. Would highly recommend this rental property! We hope to be able to come back again. show more show less
