Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Cape Cod Bay from this newer ''upside down'' beach home with central A/C. There is an open kitchen/dining/living room upstairs with deck access. A bedroom with a queen and bathroom with a stall shower are also on this floor. The lower level has a sitting area and three bedrooms ~ 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 2 Twins ~ and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. (Note: Full Futon & Queen Sleep Sofa on 1st Floor and Full Futon on 2nd Floor).

The owners have golden retrievers when in residence, however, NO Pets Accepted. Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rent: $4500 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee * State and Local Taxes Apply * $500 Security Deposit.
