We just returned from staying at Sandpiper cottage #4. The cottage was clean and supplied us with all the amenities that we needed. The cottage was roomy and was in such a quiet community with very little traffic. The cottage is so affordable and close to everything. We are hoping to rent again next year.

We are an older, retired couple who have enjoyed several visits to Cape Cod. We always hope to find lodging that is clean, cozy, organized, affordable, and in quiet neighborhoods. This year, we discovered Sandpiper Cottage #4, and it truly fulfills our wishlist. The house is not merely a rental unit: It is someone's home, and the owners have taken care to insure it becomes a temporary "home-away-from-home" for their guests. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the main floor plan is open and cheerful. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, the hardwood floors are lovely, the storage space is generous, and every amenity is meant to assure visitors of a pleasant stay. Our two-week holiday here has been most comfortable and delightful. Thank you, for sharing your special place!

Very clean; spacious living room; quiet, effective AC. Best sleep of the year. Perfect Outer Cape location for what we wanted. Nice, responsive owners.

We had a wonderful stay here. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs. The large living room with 2 sitting areas made it enjoyable for games and puzzles and also has a large tv for downtime. It had a/c in each room with auto temp controls which I loved. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a blender for frozen drinks and barbecue utensils also. The 2 decks for morning and evening were lovely. Very clean! Terrific location! Can't wait to go back!

Great location (close to Marconi and Nauset Light beaches, my favorites!) Very roomy inside with 2 sitting areas in long living room. Kitchen was well-stocked- they even had a microplane grater! Bathroom on the small side but clever use of chest of drawers in a nook gave you plenty of storage. Several air conditioners (master, 2nd bedroom, and large one in living room) kept the place cool even on days in the 90s. Owners very helpful!

We stayed the last week in June 2018 and the cottage was clean and had all the amenities you need for a stay. Owners were very responsive and extremely friendly. The Cape Cod charm and small village feel was just what we wanted for our children. Located close to so many beaches, walking distance to a chocolate shop, ice cream, mini golf and bike trail access right across the street. Definitely catch a sunset at Sunken Meadow Beach!

We rented this property three years in a row with perfect satisfaction; and will be returning this year as well. Situated in a quiet yet cheerful vacation village, the cottage is very spacious inside and outside. Two porches facing two different directions provided us sun and shade all day long. Our son enjoyed biking in the village safely as we sip our teas. The property's location is supreme too: bike rental shop, fried fish restaurants, ice cream shops, and bay beaches are at walkable distances. I highly recommend the cottage

We had a lovely stay in this roomy cottage, plenty of room for the 5 of us to laze around. There are two patios on each side of the house, one is shady in the morning and the other is shady in the late afternoon. So we were able to have breakfast on one and dinner on the other. The L-shaped sofa and the square table allowed us to play card games and gulp down Ben & Jerry's ice cream in the evening. It was just perfect.

This retired couple with cocker spaniel enjoyed our stay very much. It was comfortably appointed throughout and the large living room gave a nice touch. Also the air conditioning in each room was important as was the fact that it is pet friendly. The location centered in the Outer Cape has many benefits including the nearby beaches on both Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic. Having the owners be very accommodating was also important to us.

Spacious and comfortable cottage with a great location for the National Seashore beaches and the CC Bike Trail. Central location makes it easy to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer.

The cottage is very spacious, comfortable and cozy - a home away from home. I loved the two decks! It's conveniently located on Rt. 6 near the national seashore beaches as well as the bay beaches, restaurants, the Truro Winery and P-town. I would highly recommend Sandpiper Cottages and look forward to spending another two weeks next summer! And my dog is welcome which is a deal breaker for me!

We had a great stay in this roomy cottage. Large living room and multiple decks made it so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Great location - just minutes from Marconi Beach (great waves!) and the drive in. Owners were very friendly and responsive. We hope to come back.
