We had such a wonderful week staying here! The home was so so pretty, clean, and well stocked with everything we might need. The beds were comfortable (sleeps 7) and there was PLENTY of bedding for all. The deck area had lots of chairs, rockers, and lounges for enjoying the beautiful view of the Bay. Even though it was September we were still able to enjoy some swimming and beach time.

To top all this off, the owner was nothing but accommodating to us! We had to cancel last year unexpectedly and she still welcomed us with open arms this year. We HIGHLY recommend this rental to everyone!!! show more show less

We stayed in this amazing home for a week and had the most unbelievable time! The house is well stocked with everything you could imagine to use! The kitchen had more than my own, it was great! The pictures do not give this home justice, it's so clean and the view it's breathtaking! Great views from all the rooms was such a nice treat! The beds were very cozy and with plenty of blankets and pillows for all.

There are so many games to play and things to keep busy - we all loved that! Our fave part of the house was sitting on the open front porch. Kristen has done a lot of work planting beautiful flowers and we sure enjoyed as we watched the sunset! The house is in the best location!

The neighborhood is great and everyone greets you with a smile! We loved taking walks and especially walking to the little ice cream shop! We did grab takeout from local places which was great!

The walk to the beach takes all about 1 minute! It's such a cool vibe on the bay side. When it's low tide, people pull out volleyball nets and outdoor games. To find water it's a long walk tho, the kids love the little tide pools and loved exploring! It's very deep at high tide so since we had little kids - we just waited for the tide to pull back! Thankfully Kristen has a cool tide clock so you can keep track!

Oh my goodness! This was a fabulous rental, even for our large party of 7 adults and a baby. I think there might be more dishes and pots and pans and other kitchen equipment than I have at home.

The owners have anticipated every need you could possibly have and then some — so many blankets and pillows and every imaginable beach toy/need. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, two with ocean views.

The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable, and the decor is wonderfully beachy. Despite all those wonderful things, the real reason to rent this home is the location right at the beach. The views all day and evening long are beautiful, and then comes the sunset, like out of a travel brochure. My far flung family kept complimenting me all during the stay for having found such a great place.

If you're looking to rent in Eastham, I don't know how you can do better than this. show more show less

So many great things to say about this house and Kristen, the owner. The view and the beach are all you could hope for. The house is comfortable, clean and has a great layout. The neighborhood is quiet with a great seaside energy. Do not hesitate to rent this home, it is fabulous. And dealing with Kristen makes it feel all the more like a vacation, she is kind, responsive, pleasant and an absolute delight!

My four college girlfriends (1974) and I stayed at this fantastic home and spot for a full week of fun. This a perfect place for location, sunsets, walking on the beach and enjoying Eastham and the Cape. Wine and laughter filled the deck while watching the glorious sunsets. Footprints and splashes happened on the bayside beach only ten yards away. The steps down to the beach made an excellent venue for pictures. It was only one mile from the Cape Cod Bike Trail, so our legs and bikes got great workouts. Nothing like a bike ride to make a bunch of 63 year olds feel like 10 again. Kristen was just a phone call away for questions and her information notebook of the Cape had us planning the next day's adventures. IF YOU WANT THE PERFECT VACATION HOME, THIS PLACE IS IT. What a truly wonderful place this was. The home, its decor, and outside garden and deck are all so beautiful and just very well done. The view is gorgeous, beds are comfortable, the kitchen was perfect and everything was so clean in it! Kristen was wonderful to work with, communicative, friendly, and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here! Homeowners were very helpful and responsive. The house is gorgeous. The view from the kitchen, deck, and upstairs bedroom is serene and makes you relax immediately. We had pretty rotten weather and there was plenty in the house to keep us busy and entertained (even Netflix!). Great area with a short drive to food and activities on Rte 6. The washer and dryer worked really well as did the other appliances. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, blender, dishes, etc. Very nice outdoor shower. Only drawback was staircase to the beach was a bit steep for little kids, so we ended up carrying them. Hope we can go back someday! show more show less

What an amazing house in an amazing location! My family and my brother's family shared this place with combined 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies. This house is one back from the beach, but I would still say it is beachfront as the deck and entire downstairs living space have nothing blocking the incredible view. The beach is beautiful, and the low tides are perfect for little ones. Sitting on the deck in the afternoons and! after the little ones were in bed was the perfect end to every day! Super-cute house and an amazing location. Seven of us stayed here for a long weekend during February school vacation. Even in the dead of winter, so much to do! The house has a little game nook, stocked with board games, plus there are books and DVDs. And it's just nicely decorated and laid-out; all feels clean and new. Although the stairs to the beach are drawn up during winter, we still were able to do plenty of beach combing along the stretch of Campground Beach. We enjoyed great sunsets right from the house. (The extensive deck must be amazing in the summer.)

We ate almost all of our meals at the house and found everything we needed and more. According to my eight-year-old nephew, "This is the best house we ever stayed in!" Thanks to the owners for being so flexible and responsive. This is an excellent rental. show more show less

"My family and I have stayed in this beautiful home for the last 3 years. The location is what we came for but after the awesome remodel, it is the home itself that keeps us coming back. My kids are real stinkers when it comes to eating off of other people’s plates and silverware but with everything new here, they settle right in. The linens are always fresh and kept new and the beach here is so amazing as we can swim and explore all day long. We love it here and find the nearby restaurants like Arnold’s and the closeness of whale watches in P-town so much fun. Great home, wonderful owners and the sunsets take your breath away.
