My family and I just spent an absolutely fabulous week in this home. Everything was perfect. The owner's provided all of the linens ( a new experience for us ), the kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and utensil imaginable, including a slow cooker! The bedrooms were all as pictured. The only surprise we had was that EVERYTHING about the house was exactly as advertised and that was a great surprise to have!

The yard is peaceful and well manicured. It has a large deck with a huge table and chairs for eating family dinners at home. The views of Follins Pond are sensational and there really aren't words to adequately describe the beauty of the sunsets, which really seem so close, it feels as though you can reach out and touch them!

Laura and Jeff were so kind and helpful throughout our rental process and stay. We could not have asked for more responsive owners to work with. They took so much of the hassle out of the rental experience. I could not recommend renting this home any more highly. show more show less

We really enjoy our stay in this quintessential Cape Cod home. The house is tucked away in a charming neighborhood -- with equally friendly and charming neighbors. The yard is perfect for our large family's volleyball games and cookouts. With a short walk to the private beach we loved the beautiful sunsets and nightly paddle boat rides. The owners are lovely to work with, you can see the pride of ownership throughout their lovely home.

We were very excited to rent this property based on the listing description. While the property location is nice - you really are a road crossing away from the pond and views, but the listing itself is not accurate.

The appliances are far from new, maybe they were new in 2000? One bedroom with a queen bed does not have a door, just a shower rod with a curtain. And the downstairs bathroom shower was snug.

Overall, the place really needs a deep clean. We felt pretty grimy after a day, and realized it was mostly because the place was in need of a deep clean. Would recommend this place for its convenience to a pond beach but note the listing is dated! show more show less

We spent a beautiful week at this bright, cheerful and charming home. It has everything a family could need! Loved the waterfront views of the sunsets - centrally located yet off the beaten path. Wonderful neighborhood - quaint and quiet. Laura was terrific to work with. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

We had a family reunion here, and the location and house were perfect! The view of Follins Pond is lovely, the kayaks were great, the house was clean and modern. I hope we can come back soon!

"The listing description was everything it said it was and much more! The house is clean and very well maintained. We had an opportunity to meet both Laura and Jeff who are delightful and very easy to work with. My sisters and I felt very fortunate in finding this home. We are from California/Colorado and not at all familiar with the area. Once here we almost did not want to leave the home with its beautiful setting right on the pond(lake). We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds and our evening cocktails watching the sunset. The beach is right there for sunbathing or kayaking. We did check out the rest of the Cape along with the islands and decided that Dennis is not only one of the prettiest towns on the Cape, but with its central location it made for a great "home" base.
