A charming two-story home located on a quiet side street, conveniently located within walking distance to the Trotting Park Public Beach and a short drive to dining and shopping.

This beautiful home has four bedrooms that sleeps 8 guests, 2 full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. Beds have comforters, pillows, and mattress protectors. Bed sheets and pillowcases are not provided. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking and baking needs. The living room is spacious and has plenty of books, board games, and puzzles.

The large backyard has plenty of space for children to play. There is a large deck with seating and a Weber grill with a propane tank. The garage has plenty of beach chairs, a beach buggy, and bicycles for both adults and children.

    Beautiful Getaway

    This house is an absolute gem, nestled less than a mile away from West Dennis Beach, it's truly a great find for family summer fun! My family and I went last summer, and I especially appreciated the cozy, retro feel when enjoying our time there. It reminded me of childhood summers. If you're headed down the Cape or visiting from far, this is a great space for friends and family alike.
