This cozy beach cottage is just steps from a private beach - no expensive beach passes or driving to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, and a loft for sleeping, a small bathroom plus an outside shower. The front room has a pullout couch with a queen size mattress, bedroom one has a full- and twin-size bed and bedroom two has twin bunks. The cottage comfortably sleeps 7 people. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen stocked with all the amenities you need to cook meals at home along with a gas grill outside.

The cottage is located in a historic cottage community in Dennis Port, MA on Nantucket Sound. You'll fall in love with this cozy cottage and community on your first visit! Chases Ocean Grove has attracted families who have enjoyed making wonderful memories for over 70 years. The location allows easy access to day trips to Provincetown, Hyannis and many other locations.

There is high speed WI FI, a smart tv beach chairs for your enjoyment! You must bring your own linens (1 queen, 2 full, 3 twin bunks) bath and beach towels.
