Location, location location!  Your amazing vacation starts here.  Can you imagine being literally steps away from gorgeous Bayview Beach?  This classic Cape cottage is only steps to one of the world’s best beaches - right near the action but quiet and tucked away from it all!

Loved by the same family for years, this cool beach house offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a large breezy loft, where you can comfortably sleep 8 and have plenty of room to spread out.  The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, with two other bedrooms with two twin beds each that can be combined if need be.  Upstairs is a casual bunk room-loft with two twin beds, office space, a balcony overlooking the dunes and a big-screen TV - perfect for teenagers.  A full bathroom, half-bath master bedroom ensuite, and an outdoor shower makes getting ready easy.
 
This cozy abode has a fully-equipped open-concept kitchen & living room complete with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, 3 coffee makers (Nespresso, Keurig, old-school percolator that makes excellent coffee), glass & dish-ware, dishwasher and a washing machine.  A bright and inviting dinning room that easily seats 8, makes for perfect family meals.  With a very large sun deck and outdoor dinning area, gas grill and you’ve got the recipe for fantastic cookouts!   A large front yard is ideal for some outdoor playtime.
 
Spend the day relaxing at the beach reading, play on the wide low-tide sand bars or tide pools, take long romantic walks or enjoy stunning sunsets with a glass of wine.  Kite/wind surf at Chapin Beach next door, kayak the beautiful marshes of Bass River or stand-up-paddle board Long Pond.  Play a round at Dennis Pines or Dennis Highlands Golf Clubs, enjoy the nearby tennis courts and Cape Cod Rail Trail, or take in top-notch theatre at the Cape Playhouse.  Grab a fantastic meal out and some live music at Chapin’s, Encore, or Harvest Gallery Wine Bar - all within walking distance!  Dennis Village with more great restaurants, pizza, ice-cream, boutique clothing shops & art galleries and the Dennis Public Market is only a mile away.  Nearby Sesuit Harbor has fishing charters and boat slips available.  We’re centrally located - day trips to Chatham, Provincetown, Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard are easy to do, or zip over to Hyannis for some shopping, mini-putt and much more!  
 
As with most Cape rentals, please bring your own linens, towels and basic supplies.  Unfortunately no pets please - we’re asthmatic!
