Hi! My name is Sarah. Growing up, I was fortunate enough to vacation every summer in Dennis with my family. I have the fondest memories of spending what felt like endless summer days at Mayflower or Corporation, getting ice cream at Smugglers or Cape Cod Creamery, playing mini golf at Pirate's Cove, crabbing off of the dock by my grandmother's house, and going out to dinner at one of our favorite, local seafood restaurants. When I met my husband, Phil, he had never been to Cape Cod. He quickly fell in love with Dennis, and we knew that we needed to keep those summer traditions going by buying our own home here. With a toddler and a baby on the way, we know we won't be able to enjoy the house this year as much as we'd like to. This is our first time renting it, and while we are a bit nervous, we are excited to open our doors to nice families looking to create their own summer memories in Dennis.

What is special about this property?
We were drawn to this property for its beachy, calming interior, the privacy, and the proximity to our favorite beaches. We are surrounded by nice families in the neighborhood, but when you are having a cocktail in the backyard or enjoying the outdoor shower my dad and husband built last summer, there is no one in sight!

What is special about your town?
Dennis has some of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod, if not the entire East Coast. There are tons of restaurants, great coffee shops, and countless things to go do as a family if you need a break from the sun. Without driving too far, you can hop on a whale watch, rent kayaks or paddle boards, go see a show, grab a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard for the day, or get a lobster roll from Sesuit Harbor and take in the views. No matter what your family is into, Dennis has it and then some!
