Cozy 2BR/1 Bath Cottage. Recently renovated. All modern amenities. Central Air/Heat and a fully fenced in Back Yard. Very short walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile), very close to kayaking and Bass River. Close to Restaurants and local shopping.

Beach gear provided: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys.

Enjoy your day at the beach and come back and enjoy a shower in the newly installed outdoor shower. Have a traditional BBQ dinner done on the grill, enjoy s’mores by the fire pit AND play a game of cornhole.

Linen and towels are provided for 4 guests…. If you need extra, please let me know in advance.

This place can be enjoyed year after year.
