Highland Haven was completely renovated in 2024 with hopes of creating a coastal oasis for its guests. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood which offers a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.

Highland Haven comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It boasts calming coastal decor, central air, recess lighting throughout, and an open floor plan that maximizes its space. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (including a gas range), farmhouse sink, and quartz island with seating for 4. The kitchen opens to the living room with 50'' Smart TV and ample seating for relaxation. A laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer is located off the living room. A screened in sun room (off the kitchen) with a full size table provides additional dining space for 6-7 during the seasonal months.

Toward the back of the house are two bedrooms and one full bath. The bathroom offers a full size tub/shower combination and linen closet (with bed linens and bath towels available for guest use). Bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed and full length mirror (this room also comfortably fits a Pack n Play which is available for use). Bedroom 2 offers one full size bed and bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). Both bedrooms have ample closet space; however please note that there are no bureaus in either room. Luggage racks are available in each closet.

Highland Haven is situated on a quiet lot with plenty of backyard space for kids to play. There is ample off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Out back, there is an outdoor patio, grill, and small table/chairs with umbrella. There is also a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs available to guests to maximize and enjoy the outdoor living. Beach chairs, beach toys, and beach umbrella are available for guests convenience as well. Please note an outdoor shower is in the process of being completed and will be completed prior to the summer rental season.

This home is conveniently located just over 4 miles to West Dennis Beach and 6 miles to popular Mayflower Beach. Patriots Square Shopping Plaza is just over a mile away if you forget any vacation necessities.

Please note there are two exterior security cameras on the property to monitor the house while vacant (one on front doorbell and one for driveway). read more show less
