If you've ever photographed the beauty around Corporation Beach you may have seen this charming cottage in the near distance. Iconic Cape cottage is nestled in the Dune just east of Howe Street Beach with it's own stairs down to the private beach area. The charm of yesteryear calls for those who appreciate the history of staying in a true summer cottage in the Dune where the sound of the wind and waves lulls you to sleep. There is a screen porch on the beach side, a lovely living room with dining area, kitchen, Queen bedroom and bath on first floor. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms (two with twins and one with a full) and a half bath (of course an outdoor shower helps after the beach). Sea breezes and fans keep you comfortable PLUS window AC units in each bedroom. Many improvements being made since photos were taken (hope to update them when it is closer to season) !!
